The parties accept the addresses stated above as their official notification addresses. Unless address changes are notified to the other party in writing within 7 days, notifications made to the addresses stated above shall be deemed valid. ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT This agreement covers the participant package for the Turkish Travel Market event to be held at Sheraron Istanbul City Center Hotel on March 31, 2026. ARTICLE 3: SCOPE OF SERVICES Date: March 31, 2026 Venue: Sheraron Istanbul City Center Hotel Duration: 1 Day Event: Turkish Travel Market Included Services • One table and 2 chairs • Name badge • Access to the Online Appointment System Panel • Freestanding signboard featuring the brand logo • All-day tea/coffee service • Lunch and soft drinks • Contact details of buyers and hosted buyers Pricing: 390 Euro + 20% VAT — for payments made until January 15, 2026 490 Euro + 20% VAT — for payments made as of January 16, 2026 *** Spider stands and roll-ups will not be allowed during the event. *** Tables will be allocated based on reservation/registration priority. *** Brochures or promotional kits may not be distributed anywhere else in the hall and/or foyer area other than the table allocated to the company. ARTICLE 4: PAYMENT TERMS 4.1 The ORGANIZER will issue an invoice to the COMPANY fully in TRY after completion of the work. 4.2 The COMPANY shall make payment to the ORGANIZER according to the payment details below. Payment will be made during registration. Participation fee cancellation is possible until January 1, 2026. After this date, payments will not be refunded. The ORGANIZER’s TRY account is as follows: ZIRAAT BANKASI TURKEY ESCAPADES TURİZM SEYAHAT ACENTELİĞİ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ IBAN : TR200001002246975072545001 ARTICLE 5: FORCE MAJEURE If the fulfillment of any obligation under this agreement becomes impossible or extremely difficult due to a force majeure event beyond the control of the relevant party, reasonably unforeseeable, and occurring without fault or negligence of that party, the relevant party shall not be held liable. “Extraordinary events” include general strikes, lockouts, war, floods, severe snowfall and adverse weather conditions, fire, terrorist actions, and similar events recognized by law and beyond the control of either party that prevent performance of the obligations under this agreement. ARTICLE 6: REPRESENTATIONS As of the signing date of this agreement, the parties confirm that: 6.1 All documents attached to the agreement are in force, valid, and effective. 6.2 They have the authority to sign and perform the obligations arising from the agreement. 6.3 The agreement has been duly executed, signed, and is legally valid and binding. 6.4 They irrevocably declare, accept, and undertake that this agreement fully reflects their rights, evaluations, and intentions. 6.5 If any provision of this agreement conflicts with the law or is deemed unlawful, the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
