3) Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis

In accordance with data protection law, personal data may be processed to run event registration processes, enable participant/visitor communication, carry out organizational planning and operations, send notification emails, manage requests and, where necessary, fulfill legal obligations.

Processing may rely on the legal grounds of legitimate interest, establishment/performance of a contract, legal obligation and, where necessary, explicit consent.

4) Transfer / Recipient Groups

Personal data may be transferred, limited to the purpose and with the necessary security measures, to our service providers (e.g. hosting, email delivery, analytics services), authorized public institutions and legally authorized persons/organizations.
