1) Scope and Acceptance
Users who visit this website or register/apply are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not accept the terms, please do not use the site.
2) Definitions
- TTM / Site: The Turkish Travel Market website and related pages.
- User: A natural/legal person who visits the site or registers/applies.
- Participant: A company/representative that applies for exhibitor participation and is approved.
- Visitor: A user who registers for the event as a B2B buyer.
- Panel: The management area where exhibitors carry out operations such as slot management.
3) Nature of the Service
The Site is a digital platform that supports information about the Turkish Travel Market event, participant/visitor registrations, company listings and appointment/slot scheduling processes. Site content and event details may be updated over time.
4) Registration / Application
- It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that information provided during registration/application is accurate and up to date.
- Exhibitor participation applications may be created as “pending” and become active upon organizer/admin approval.
- Panel login details should not be shared for security reasons. The user is responsible for actions taken on their own account.
5) Usage Rules
- You may not use the site for unlawful purposes.
- Unauthorized access, data scraping, attack attempts and spreading malware are prohibited.
- Content that damages the reputation of other users or companies, or that is misleading or creates unfair competition, may not be shared.
- If misuse is detected in slot/appointment processes, your access may be restricted.
6) Fees / Payment / Refund
Visitor registration may be free. Exhibitor participation may be paid, and payment terms are stated on the application screen/participation agreement. Fees, packages and refund terms are applied according to the announced dates and the provisions of the agreement.
7) Content and Intellectual Property
Text, images, logos, designs, software and other content on the Site belong to TTM or the relevant rights holders. They may not be copied, reproduced, published or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
8) Limitation of Liability
- Site content is for information purposes; it is not guaranteed to be error-free/complete.
- Access may be interrupted due to technical faults, maintenance or infrastructure issues.
- Third-party links (e.g. maps, social media) are subject to their own policies; TTM is not responsible for such contentir.
- The outcomes of appointment/slot meetings (commercial deals, etc.) are the parties’ own responsibility.

10) Changes
TTM may update these terms when it deems necessary. Updates take effect on the date they are published on this page.
11) Disputes and Jurisdiction
Turkish law applies to any disputes arising from these terms. The competent courts and enforcement offices are those of Istanbul, Türkiye.
