The parties accept the addresses stated above as their official notification addresses. Should address changes not be notified to the other party in writing within 7 days, notifications sent to the addresses stated above shall be deemed valid. ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT This agreement covers the participant package for the Turkish Travel Market event to be held at the Sheraton Istanbul City Center Hotel on March 31, 2027. ARTICLE 3: SCOPE OF SERVICES Date: March 31, 2027 Venue: Sheraton Istanbul City Center Hotel Duration: 1 Day Event: Turkish Travel Market Included Services • One table and 4 chairs • Name badge • Access to the Online Appointment System Panel • Freestanding signboard featuring the brand logo • All-day tea/coffee service • Lunch and soft drinks • Contact details of buyers and hosted buyers • 2-night accommodation in a 5-star hotel • Return transfer Pricing: 1090 € + 20% VAT – for payments made until January 15, 2027 1290 € + 20% VAT – for payments made as of January 16, 2027 *** Spider stands and roll-ups will not be allowed during the event. *** Tables will be allocated based on reservation/registration priority. *** Brochures or promotional kits may not be distributed anywhere else in the hall and/or foyer area other than the table allocated to the company. ARTICLE 4: PAYMENT TERMS 4.1 The ORGANIZER will issue an invoice to the COMPANY entirely in TRY after completion of the work. 4.2 The COMPANY shall pay the ORGANIZER according to the payment details below. Payment shall be made during registration. Participation fee cancellation is possible until January 1, 2027. After this date, payments will not be refunded. The ORGANIZER's TRY account is as follows: ZIRAAT BANKASI TURKEY ESCAPADES TURİZM SEYAHAT ACENTELİĞİ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ IBAN : TR200001002246975072545001 ARTICLE 5: FORCE MAJEURE If the fulfillment of any of the obligations set out in this agreement becomes impossible or extremely difficult due to a force majeure event beyond the control of the relevant party, not reasonably foreseeable, and occurring without any fault or negligence of that party, the relevant party shall not be held liable. An "extraordinary event" includes general strikes, lockouts, war, floods, adverse weather conditions such as heavy snowfall, fire, terrorist acts and similar events specified by law that develop beyond the control of either party and make it impossible for that party to fulfill its obligations under this agreement. ARTICLE 6: REPRESENTATIONS As of the signing date of this agreement, the parties confirm that: 6.1 All documents attached to the agreement are in force, valid and effective. 6.2 They have the authority to sign the agreement and fulfill the obligations arising from it. 6.3 The agreement has been duly executed, signed, and is legally valid and binding. 6.4 They irrevocably declare, accept and undertake that the agreement fully reflects their claims, assessments and intentions. 6.5 Should any provision of this agreement conflict with the law or be deemed unlawful, the remaining provisions of the agreement shall not be affected.
